Speaking to NewsDay, Dance 1st International founder, Tendai Guzha said the partnership has been forged to bring a better event as well as initiate international dance rules in the competition.

The competition will be graced by dancers from Kwekwe, Gweru, Bulawayo, Mutare and Harare. It will be a winner take all competition on the night where the champions will walk away with ZAR15 000 while last year’s winners, Animated Time Control are expected to defend their title this time around.

House of Animates, Lethal Fame, Nemesis are some of the dance groups that are billed to put up a good fight for the price money.

“This time around we are expecting 824 people which sums up to the total number of seats at the venue. Registration of contestants is still underway all they need to register are their details and 10 dollars registration fee,” Guzha said.
