PRESIDENTIAL spokesperson and Information secretary George Charamba Monday night said:
“Further to the statement issued yesterday by the Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr MJM Sibanda, reminding Cabinet ministers about Cabinet sitting tomorrow, (Tuesday) at the usual venue, he wishes to further advise that the said Cabinet sitting will start at 1000HRS, and not earlier as has been the tradition. This delay owes to a commitment which His Excellency the President, Cde RG Mugabe, has to dispose of before the start of Cabinet which he chairs.”
