A SOMBRE atmosphere prevailed in the Supreme Court this morning when incarcerated RMG End Times Ministries founder Robert Martin Gumbura’s bail appeal was dismissed by the court on the basis that his appeal, against both conviction and sentence, “was doomed to failure”.

Just after listening to the judgement, Gumbura’s wives, relatives and friends quietly walked out of the court room in the company of their lawyer, Rekai Maposa.
