The outdoor club boasts of well-groomed lawns, ample space for revellers to enjoy open air and has elegant bar facilities.

This year, the club successfully hosted a chain of Zim-dancehall shows with the recent being the Kalado show that had over 8 000 people attending.

But in what promises to catapult the club’s reputation beyond its current standing as an open-air entertainment facility, Pastor Charles and Olivia Charamba, will on September 28 be at Takashinga for a an afternoon family show titled the Gospel Fiesta .

The Charambas have just released a new album WeNazareta, which has so far received glowing reviews from music critics.

The show will mark the Charambas’ first performance in Highfield after the release of WeNazareta and fans will be anticipating the gospel duo to have the new songs, together with the golden oldies, on the playlist.

In their recent performances, the couple has exceeded expectations, displaying mature and well-choreographed performances.

As expected on a family show, jumping castles and other forms of entertainment will be available for children while there will be catering and braai facilities for adults.

Simbarashe Chakare of the show promoters, Bodyslam Entertainment said: “We decided to bring the Charambas for this family show because it gives an opportunity for fans from most western suburbs to come and enjoy family time with the Charambas.”

The show starts from 9 am to 6 pm.
