Mugabe who has ruled the country for the past 34 years, will be 94 years old in 2018.
Part of the resolutions read:”…that the First Secretary and President Robert Mugabe be the sole presidential candidate representing Zanu PF in the 2018 elections.”
The Women’s League has also endorsed Mugabe’s wife, Grace, to be elevated to the powerful position of Women’s League Secretary when the party convenes for its elective congress in December this year.
