THE John Legend All for One Tour has been cancelled. Organisers of the event announced yesterday via a Press statement that the musician would no longer be performing in Zimbabwe at the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC) citing some logistical challenges. Entertainment Reporter

The statement read: “It is with great regret that Davies Events have to announce the cancellation of the John Legend show, scheduled for November 19 2014 at HICC.

“Due to unforeseen logistical challenges in moving the show between Cape Town, Harare and the recently added Durban show, Big Concerts regrets to advise that John Legend’s Harare concert, scheduled for November 19 2014, has been cancelled.

“The refund procedure for ticket holders will be advised in the local Press and radio as well as on the local promoter’s website shortly.

“We will continue to support the Zimbabwe market and look forward to announcing the next international artiste scheduled to perform in Harare early 2015 in the next few weeks.

“Davies Events wish to advise all ticket holders that we will facilitate a full face value refund on all tickets purchased.”

The statement said the refund procedure would take place over the course of three consecutive days starting on October 1 and ending on October 3.

“The refund box office will be located at SterKinekor, Sam Levy’s Village, Borrowdale.

“This window will thus permit all ticket holders adequate time to make arrangements and for the promoters to have the already transferred artiste fees repatriated.”
