Stars like Shinsoman, Soul Jah Love, Tocky Vibes and Seh Calaz, who are all enjoying their fair share of fame, will be on the same stage as dozens of other greenhorn acts.

A representative of promoters Bodyslam Entertainment, Tinashe Mashitamoyo, said: “This show will be for the many young artistes whoare still trying to get their footing in the music business so we are hosting it with the aim to support these local talented youngsters, hoping that they get inspired by those who have made it.”

Shinsoman “Baba Devante” told NewsDay he would take his stage act a step higher on this show.

“As usual, I will take it a level higher to that stage where ndengendakupenga,” he said jokingly using one of his popular lines.

“These artistes are doing extraordinary work and their perseverance is heart-warming and we will keep supporting them through such shows and other initiatives.”

Also as part of the show, DJs Diasporah, MC Rego Trenchtown, Platinum Sound, Simshow, New Generation and the

Bodyslam Family will take turns to spin the wheels.
