Radost Platinum : DENDERA exponent Sulumani Chimbetu and Oliver Mtukudzi tomorrow perform at the official opening of the upmarket club Radost Platinum located at Long Chen Plaza in Belvedere.

The potentially explosive gig will also feature other surprise acts.

Radost Platinum opened its doors to the public a month ago with South African DJ Zihle meant for the official opening, but she pulled out after the dates clashed with her other commitments at the Durban Winter Jazz Festival.

Big Apple

Contemporary reggae musician Jah Prayzah tonight performs at Big Apple corner Nelson Mandela Avenue and Mbuya Nehanda Street in the capital as he celebrates his 27th birthday.

On the same night, the Tsviriyo hitmaker will be unveiling a documentary showing his childhood life and music journey.

On Saturday, the venue hosts DJ Ice’s birthday bash with an array of artistes, among them Magesh, Magnetic Force and Hood Crankers.

Rainbow Park Lane

An array of artistes tomorrow will take turns to serenade

revellers at the gospel Jazz concert slated for Rainbow Park Lane in the capital.

Among the performers are Flem B, Cynthia Mare, Pastor Herman Chimusoro, Denzel Chiware, Joseph Chinouriri and Audius Mtawarira.

The concert is being put together by In Total Jazz Gospel in Jazz Band sponsored by Shownation.

Archies

Harare clubbers will be in for a treat tonight at the underground club Archies which re-opened last week when local wheel spinners DJ Ash Styles Zimbabwe and Nivek take turns to entertain revelers.

Extra Mile Leisure Spot

Upcoming Mbare dancehall chanter Kinnah on Sunday performs at Extra Mile Leisure Spot where he will share the stage with contemporary reggae musician Jah Prayzah.

Book Café

Book Café tonight host husband and wife Tendai Manatsa and Selmor Mtukudzi as they bring a fired up afro-pop feel to the venue.

The couple who had chosen to take solo music paths early last year to allow each other to reach their fullest potential have a record of not disappointing their fans, putting up top notch performances at their recent shows.

Sungura musician Tendai Dembo, the eldest son of the late sungura great, Leonard, tonight performs at Doma Sports Club in Mhangura.

Tomorrow he travels to Karoi for a gig at Chikangwe Tavern before rounding up their weekend in Chirundu at Off Road Nite Club.

Sungura outfit Extra Kwazvose start their weekend tonight with a show at Kossana Night Club in Mhangura.

Tomorrow, they perform at Mhangura REC Club before rounding up their weekend performance with a show at Pamhamha Hillside in Chinhoyi.

Pick and Save Mutare

Afro-jazz sensation Tracy “Pah Chihera” Mbirimi and her Afro Love Band tomorrow travel to Mutare for a performance at Pick and Save.

Pah Chihera will share the stage with rising dancehall chanter Soul Jah Love who will be rekindling his romance with his Mutare fans.

Ritz Nite Club, Masvingo

Tonight, Ritz Nite Club in Masvingo hosts pole dancer-cum musician Bev and her Sex Angels.

Tomorrow, they travel to Chiredzi for a performance at Chatsanga Hall before wrapping up their weekend program on Sunday in Chivhu.

For all the shows, Bev will be sharing stage with sungura musician Peter Moyo and Utakataka Express.
