CASTLE Lager Premier Soccer League side Buffaloes’ goalkeeper Blessing Mwandimutsira says he is excited with his form that has seen him keep a clean sheet in six matches.

Since being hit with an avalanche of five goals by Hwange in the season opener, the 25-year-old goal-minder has kept clean sheets, maintaining that record against FC Platinum at Sakubva Stadium in their 1-0 win on Sunday.
He was also at his best when Buffaloes beat Dynamos 1-0 at the National Sports Stadium and when they faced Harare City.
Other clean sheets came against Chicken Inn and Caps United.
Buffaloes defeated Chicken Inn 2-0 at Sakubva and drew nil-all against Caps United and ZPC Kariba respectively.
“Today [Sunday], I also did well to keep a clean sheet. FC Platinum are not an ordinary team. I am just hoping that I will reach eight matches without conceding. I am now two games away from reaching my target,” he told NewsDay Sport.
“I owe my success to my team-mates who always encourage me to do well. My defenders are also playing a big role in protecting my goal area. If we continue to do well, then we will end the season in a good position.”
