Last Saturday, after putting up a splendid show – that was supposed to be once-off – in Dunstable, London, Killer T (pictured right) was forced to book for more performances in the city as fans asked for more.
After performing at Saigon Club in Birmingham yesterday, Killer T takes his musical journey to Leeds tonight where he will be joining UK-based DJs King Alfred, Jah Hanief, Digital One and Aleui on stage at the Safari Club.
King Alfred of News Generation Entertainment, an outfit that promotes local artistes in the UK, said: “Killer T did not disappoint. From being a kombi conductor to becoming an artiste, he is really rising through the ranks. His journey from Mbare to UK was not by chance, but he deserved it”
In addition, the promoters of his UK show are doing two videos for his songs.
The party is not ending in the UK as the popopopo chanter will have a date with a foreign land once again when he performs in Cape Town, South Africa, on Zimbabwe’s Independence Day’s eve.
Simbarashe Chakare of Bodyslam Entertainment said: “Killer T will be performing at the Chez Ntemba in the Cape on April 17 and this comes as a follow-up to his successful shows in the UK.”
