Highfield will be fire on Sunday when UK based wheel-spinner and musician will join other artistes for a special ‘ghetto-gig’

Highfield will be fire on Sunday when UK based wheel-spinner and musician will join other artistes for a special ‘ghetto-gig’ dubbed All Black Everything at Gunners Night Club.

Hanief, who is in Zimbabwe for the Easter holidays, said the Highfield show will be special as it marks the return of the high-riding DJ and his Maddunit family return to his roots in the high density suburb.

“This is a special event as I will not only be spinning the wheels, but we will also have dancers and other artistes joining us,” he said.

Simbarashe Chakare of Bodyslam Entertainment promised a polished event: “We want Highfield people to feel the uptown entertainment as we bring international DJs to the Ghetto. It is like bringing the music back to the community as most of the performers were raised in the ghetto.” DJs to join Hanief on the stage include Busta of Bodyslam and Mr Mention and Tee Nyc.
