The event will be held at the National Sports Stadium.

The march started at the City Sports Centre, into Rekayi Tangwena then Samora Machel to Second Street before they congregated at the Africa Unity Square where a prayer was held.

UFIC spokesperson Pastor Prime Kufakunesu said the march was a pre-celebration event anticipating what will happen on and after the night.

“This is a pre-celebration of what we are anticipating to happen to us after Judgment Night,” Kufakunesu said. “We expect great transformations to happen, great changes to come our way so we found it proper to celebrate. This is more like a statement of intent to all the enemies of the Christian movement, systems that bar Christian progress like demonic forces, diseases, poverty everything of that nature.”

He urged Zimbabweans from all over the country to attend the Judgment Night event.

“If people are coming from as far as Greece, Turkey and Germany just for this day, what reason would you have as a Zimbabwean, more so one based in Harare for not attending that service?” said Kufakunesu.

The event, which will be ministered by Makandiwa, is expected to be attended by 150 000 people and over 8 000 international visitors.

The first Judgment Night was held in 2012 and was attended by at least 123 000 people.
