The Masvingo-born boxer, who is the Zimbabwe welterweight champion, has had to wait longer after the fight was postponed from January 25.
Manyuchi’s manager Chris Malunga from Zambia said all is in place for tomorrow’s fights.
“Everything is set for the fights. Manyuchi is going to fight Patrick Allottey while we have Catherine Phiri will face Pia Mazelani for the WBC silver in the bantamweight category. The boxers are well-prepared because they have been in camp for three months and they are ready,” he said.
Malunga said they expect the boxers to perform well.
“The mood is very excellent. We expect nothing, but victory from the boxers. I cannot reveal how much Manyuchi will get, we do not expose that.
“The Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation had said they will televise the fight, but they are saying they will not be able to. This would have given Zimbabweans a chance to see what Manyuchi can do for his country,” he said.

Manyuchi is not the only Zimbabwean to trade leather on the day as female pugilist Monalisa Sibanda will fight Lolita Muzeya in a welterweight non-title bout, while Takudzwa Kuchocha another local boxer, will battle against Mbiya Kanku in a welterweight non-title fight.
Manyuchi won the ABU title in June after knocking out Burkina Faso champion Patrice Sou Toke to claim the continental title in the fifth round of the 12-round bout. He successfully defended his ABU welterweight title against Ghana’s Isaac Sowah in Lusaka, Zambia in September.
