  13. These nominations are not a true reflection of what people want. Under male dancers where are the dancers such as Slomo, majuice who wow crowds every week? The said Tumbuctu (i applaud its a wonderful group) but how many see them and wow them per week, compared to the sungura dancers?! Nama represents which group in society? And where is ZiFM which is by far the best in 2013? The great interviews by Supa can not be down played? Ha they are biased!

    1. Nonsense Arts Merit Awards (NAMA)

Saka musatipedzera time yedu kana muchiti hamukwanise kurecognise a good artist. Hapana $1 rekuti muriwane dvd kuti muone basa rake. Zimbabwe should appreciate good work when they see it, VZ is good at acting and that settles it otherwise don’t bother with these awards at all. He is the best after Mukadota in comedy acting! Chete ndo Zimbabwe yacho, kushora zvakanaka all the time. Unoti kana sure!

  29. Wher z mdara Macheso, mdara Tuku, mdara Biggie @ mdara VZ, vaMayaya, chairman ko Svosvai zvake,,,,,,nxaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!

  30. I have been following the spoken word industry builders in Zimbabwe and in the poetry category I was anticipating to see Africankid Tendai Maduwa, I happened to confront him and he said he don’t apply for awards! I guess people like him and many from other genres should be honored by something since they are doing much for the industry in Zimbabwe and globally. (Food for Thought)

  31. How are we voting, I tried voting and I keep getting an error message.

  32. Mr Elvas Mari/Nicholas Moyo/Adjudictors
NAMA 2014 here we go again another awards ceremony full of undeserving nominees. i’m ashamed to be Zimbabwean. You talk of Film & Television, ‘LEGACIES’ was the only visible TV- Production on ZBC-TV for the better of the year 2013. With excellent actors, good storyline, good picture, good sound, well directed and produced; i’m shocked not to even see LEGACIES nominated. This is why our beloved Arts Industry has retrogressed over the years. The full list of adjudicators must be published prior to the selection of nominees. We would like to know their credentials and their qualification to rate the various categories. For you to nominate Bhegi rabvaruka what on earth did the adjudicators see? In the TV & fILM category the only deserving nominee is ‘Gringo Troublemaker’ the rest are a mockery of our TV & Film industry full of pretenders and amateurs and these are what NAMA in their skewed perception of our industry see worthy nominating. Well, you can have your SHAM awards. But for the record Legacies is the only Zimbabwean TV production to screen in 4 regional channels among them MNET and CTN-TV of Tanzania. Legacies by merit will be screening in the United Kingdom and US, Canada and Latin America. No matter what your NAMA adjudicators think certain productions cannot be washed down under.

  33. NAMA Yabvaruka sure!

Aaah kana ndimiwo Bag rabvaruka sure here…..the way Sabhuku Vharazipi is loved and you nominate Bag Rabvaruka zvokwadi. Don’t waste money appreciating rubbish please. VZ is busy trying to avoid piracy on his work which you failed to do for these artists and he also has to rush and bring his work to you, PATHETIC real!

  34. Ah ndanyara neNAMA Inhema chaidzo.aya ndiyo masanctions chaiwo kkkkkk.

  35. VakadzivaGumbura
