The group temporarily split in April last year after some differences before re-uniting towards the end of the year.

According to the lead guitarist Brian Nhanhanga, the group has reunited and is back with a bang.

“We are back together on the scene and I want to promise all our fans fireworks,” Nhanhanga told the NewsDay.

He said the band was going to give the audience a time of their life as they intend to perform a variety of genres.

“We are not only going to perform jazz only, but we want to give our fans a variety in reggae, old school and traditional music,” he said.

Nhanhanga said the performance was a reunion party since the group members’ reunion in late October last year.

The show, sponsored by Carex, will also have supporting acts that will share the stage with the band.

Nhanhanga also disclosed that the band had acquired a new saxophonist which he said had immensely improved their sound.

He, however, said they were currently facing financial challenges that have hindered the release of their new album.

“I cannot say when we are going to release a new album because of our financial problems, but the music is ready and whenever we get the money, we will release the new album,” Nhanhanga said.

Tonight the band will also play songs from their popular album Zororo, released in 2004 and the second one, Still Alive.
