The rape trial of RMG Independent End Time Message Church leader Robert Martin Gumbura has been deferred to Thursday after Harare magistrate Hoseah Mujaya postponed indefinitely the judgement which had initially been scheduled for Wednesday.

This was after the court conducted an inspection-in-loco at Gumbura’s house on Wednesday afternoon and the police investigating officer will go under cross-examination on the observations made during the inspection-in-loco.

Gumbura is accused of raping seven women from his church.
