CELEBRATED interdenominational group Zimpraise Choir will this month embark on a national tour aimed at taking their music to all parts of the country.

The choir, which is made up of youthful musicians, will begin their tour in Kadoma on October 12, before moving to Gweru, Bulawayo, Victoria Falls, Masvingo and Mutare. The tour ends with a big show in Chitungwiza.
Speaking to NewsDay, Zimpraise executive director Israel Sevenzo said the tour is aimed at spreading the gospel as well as uniting the nation through worshiping.
“We are going out there to minister to people in pursuit of our vision of uniting people from various denominations to worship in song and dance,” Sevenzo said.
“For this tour, we have partnered with various sponsors to ensure that it is a success and we hope to get more people inspired.”
Zimpraise is currently riding high with the song Sungano, which has become popular among the Christian community across the country.
The choir is also currently basking in the glory of the successful hosting of its Season Six event that saw the launch of a third DVD and new album.

Zimpraise Choir has been in existence for the past decade under the watchful eye of award-winning producer McDonald “Mcdee” Chidavaenzi and its president Joseph Madziyire.
