The convention, to be held from October 9 to 12, will run under the theme Marketing on the Leadership Deck– Discovering endless possibilities.

MAZ president Ruth Ncube said the fifth annual convention will allow marketers an opportunity to converge and unlock their marketing ability.

“This is a time when consumer conversation, interactions and more insight are brought to the fore for the benefit of both the consumer and the company’s bottom line.

“The main objective of this year’s convention will be to ‘explore endless opportunities’ for marketers on the leadership deck with respect to our businesses,” Ncube said.

She said the convention would exploit the opportunities that marketers could explore through leadership and it was also a chance that allows marketers to move away from their conformist demanding schedules to converge, share ideas and the know-how on trends and current marketing wisdom.

Speakers at the event include world’s most acclaimed customer excellency consultant and author of best-selling marketing books, Don Peppers and African Sun chief executive officer Shingi Munyeza, among others.
