The colourful ceremony which was running under the theme, “It’s all about Jesus” was graced by celebrated gospel artistes, who included Stanley “Pastor G” Gwanzura and Mathias Mhere, who also went on to put a sterling performance at the event.

Speaking after the launch, the group’s chief executive officer, Joseph Madziyire, said he was overwhelmed by the success of the project.

“We are happy and grateful to the Almighty about our project and all the support from various stakeholders who have partnered us,” Madziyire said. Speaking at the same occasion, Onismor Sasa warned the Christian community against the spirit of pride.

“For you to continue shining with your good work, you have to gather against pride. I have seen so many artistes and so many talented people falling because they failed to speak God at the centre of what they were doing.

“So guard against pride because pride demotes any person who is called and anointed by God,” Sasa said.

He added that the ZimPraise members must keep focused and continue with their good work as they can receive a lot of criticism as they trigger changes in many people’s lives through music.

  2. I think its high time you guys attach links to stuff like this. For the benefit of the parties involved. Like in this case you should have pinned a link and believe me at this moment more than a hundred dowloads could have already been made•

  3. that woman Sharon who leads mumba mababa and munesimba is the greatest oushhh she has a powerful voice and she doesnt shout like the Sungano lady on the sungano song if it wasnt of the good support system from the backing vocalists the song would not have come out.. the Madondo lady’s songs are so cool and nice but there are moments she sounds too English and it jus kinda off, then the guy who sings i am trading is good too, then the guy who chants praises spices up the whole thing he gives a new dimension to Zimbabwean praise in general, then baba Manyeruke and Haisa merely give legency to the whole arrangement and the guy who does buda akafa then jesu wakamuka has a giant voice too.. otherwise keep it up guys cant wait for the new album.
