He has also re-affirmed his patronage by keeping a huge Cabinet. There is no new blood of any significance which may meet expectations or make a difference. What is also very significant is that no second Vice-President has been named (to replace John Nkomo). The absence of the Minister of State in the President’s Office is also noteworthy. These are the same people with a history of failure. We have the same people with a dark past with some linked to corruption. We cannot expect miracles, this is the worst Cabinet. Ibbo Mandaza The Cabinet announced by President Robert Mugabe has no surprises. The same people have been brought back. He has maintained the establishment.
