The show completely sold out and the crowds loved the musician’s stage work as he displayed his energetic dances.

Vanso, a chimurenga music artiste, who was the supporting act, started fairly early with their cover versions that warmed the stage for Jah Prayzah who came on stage at 5pm. His energetic performance seemed to be an announcement that the game had changed as he reaffirmed his rise to a higher position in the industry.

His army-like drills had most revellers watching in awe as he drew a shocker with every new song. A plus for his choreography was the fusion of the drills with some of the common dances.

His dancers proved they can work without the group’s popular dancer Jane Chakanetsa — popularly known as Generator — who was away attending a funeral.

Speaking on the sidelines of the show, the musician’s manager Filder Muchauraya said they were overwhelmed by the way the crowds were supporting their shows.

“It is so encouraging that our shows are being well attended and we want to thank our music lovers for that,” Muchauraya said.

With Jah Prayzah’s album Tsviriyo gaining popularity with each day, revellers were kept on their toes dancing all night.
