GHANASoccernet.com reported that Sports Minister Elvis Afriyie-Ankrah and Ghana FA Vice-President Fred Crentsil were also inside the meeting held at the Flagstaff House, the seat of government, in Accra.

The fruitful discussion will see the Olympique Marseille duo available for selection for Ghana’s final Brazil 2014 World Cup qualifier against Zambia at home.

“Everything is OK and I hope things with the Ghana Federation will be better,” said Andre after the meeting.

“We cannot play football with conditions. We play football with our heart. There are no conditions set to our comeback.

“What matters is the best for our country. We are back to do everything and let Ghana qualify for the World Cup.”

Andre quit the national team claiming he was unhappy over some of the management members of the team.

The 23-year-old was axed from Ghana’s 2013 Africa Cup of Nations squad after failing to report early at their pre-tournament camping base in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

His brother Jordan simultaneously tendered in his resignation insisting he wants to be guaranteed first team place after being excluded from the squad.

Meanwhile, Guinea need a victory to keep the heat on pool leaders Egypt or their 2014 Fifa World Cup qualification campaign will come to an end.

Even victory might not be enough for them if Egypt win away in Mozambique and secure top spot in the group.

Guinea gave themselves a fighting chance with a 6-1 success over Mozambique last weekend, a result which will have provided a huge boost in confidence.

Zimbabwe, depleted by the Asiagate scandal, have never really got going in the pool and have just a single point from their four games to date.

Guinea have three wins to one in the six previous meetings between the two sides, including a 1-0 success in the reverse fixture in Harare last June.

Egypt can secure their place in the next round of qualifying for the 2014 Fifa World Cup with a win against Mozambique in Maputo on Sunday.

The Pharaohs are the only side remaining in qualifying with a 100% record having won all four of their previous qualifiers.

Mozambique are out of the running, but having given German coach Gert Engels a vote of confidence after their horror 6-1 loss at Guinea last weekend, have plenty of pride to play for as they look to the future.

The teams have met on four previous occasions, the reverse fixture in this qualification campaign as well as at three previous Africa Cup of Nations finals tournaments. On each occasion Egypt has won by a 2-0 scoreline – an unusual statistic that could very well be repeated on Sunday.
