A SUSPECTED Zanu PF mole – operating under the pen name Baba Jukwa on social media platforms — has reportedly caused a storm among politburo members with his exposés of sensitive internal issues discussed during closed-door meetings.

First to take to the social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook propping up President Robert Mugabe and his Zanu PF party was Amai Jukwa before Baba Jukwa surfaced launching a counter attack on Amai Jukwa.
The two shadowy characters have taken opposing sides within Zanu PF, churning out vitriol against each other on Facebook, Twitter and the State media. Baba Jukwa has also gone to the extent of publicising top Zanu PF officials and ministers’ private cellphone numbers and threatened to expose their underhand dealings.
“The issue has actually been discussed by politburo members who were keen to find out who Baba Jukwa is. Some politburo members are busy looking for the identity of Baba Jukwa who is causing distress within the party using Facebook,” said a source.
Although Zanu PF spokesperson Rugare Gumbo yesterday denied the party was ruffled by Baba Jukwa, impeccable sources confided to Newsday that the some politburo members had put up a bounty for Baba Jukwa’s head.
“I know nothing about Baba Jukwa. There is nothing to say about that. We deal with our issues as a party and we don’t even follow Facebook,” Gumbo said.
