Speaking to NewsDay, Sniper said promoters had shown trust in him and his schedule for live shows had become tight.

“Promoters have been flocking to us of late and the way they are showing interests is very encouraging,” Sniper said.

He added that the glory came after the release of his current project Love Yemusoja.

“It is this album that brought glory to me, which is encouraging to my career,” he said.

The title track was voted outstanding song at the National Arts Merit Awards held in Bulawayo last month.

Tomorrow the musician shares the stage with Mic Inity and Diana Samkange at New Jamaica Inn along Mutare Road.

The musician promised fireworks at the show which he said was likely to be an Easter explosion.

“The show will be an explosion and we are going to deliver our best for the show,” said Sniper.

Jamaica Inn manager Tsitsi Taenga said they had decided to host the three musicians because of their steadily growing careers.

“These musicians have made a great impact on the local scene and as you know, Sniper recently got an award and Samkange is ridding high with her latest offering Kumazivandadzoka,” Taenga said.

She added that fans were impressed by the performance of Samkange recently when she shared stage with Sulumani Chimbetu at the joint.
