Black Supremacy is a group of DJs from the East African country who are well known for their reggae and its sub-types. Their visit will be part of the local Red Fox family’s third anniversary celebrations.

The Kenyan outfit will be represented by John Maina well known as Mc Fullstop and Elijah Kiboi, popularly known as DJ Juan. They will be supported by local turntable wizards Robert Zee, Kivo Santana and Desert Fox, among others.

Red Fox Hotel director Robert Zhuwao and organiser of the show, confirmed the Black Supremacy’s visit.

“We are celebrating Red Fox family third Anniversary and we will be doing a ghetto run at Mbare Netball Complex on March 28 and then proceed to Kwekwe at King Solomons Night Club before concluding the visit at Red Fox Hotel on March 30.

“Coming from the Black Supremacy stable is DJ Juan and Mc Full Stop. It is their third visit to Zimbabwe,” he said.

In an interview with Mc Fullstop from his base in Mombasa, Kenya, the talented turntable wizard confirmed his visit to Zimbabwe and said he was looking forward to the trip.

“I am coming to Zimbabwe for three shows and I am really excited about it. I have been to Zimbabwe before and I know how the people there love reggae music.

“I will be with my fellow workmate DJ Juan and we are promising fireworks as this defines Black Supremacy,” he said.

Black Supremacy has taken the world by storm through their reggae mix tapes. The crew includes DJ Simple Simon, DJ Juan, Selekta Raskul, DJ Veekay, DJ Smash, Miss Ebony, Daady Poa and Mc Fullstop.

For the past three years Red Fox pub and grill, situated in Greendale, Harare, has become one of the most popular music joints in the capital.

Popularly known as the home of reggae, Red Fox has enjoyed massive popularity growth thanks to its Jamaican music roots.

In November 2009, Zhuwao announced the place as an art centre and from then the place has been a venue of internationally acclaimed musicians.

Red Fox has accommodated every Jamaican artiste who has performed in the country, among whom are Elephant Man, King Tata, Sizzla Kalonji, Beenie Man and Mavado and Popcaan to mention a few.
