It is another celebration of the “marriage” of Alick Macheso and Progress Chipfumo this weekend. Tonight the duo takes to Budiriro for a show at New Life Night Club. They go across town to Hatfield for a show at Jongwe Corner tomorrow before rounding up the weekend at Extra Mile Leisure Spot on Sunday. Red Bar It’s the Mix and Mingle Valentines Party tomorrow night in Newlands with a special for ladies getting free shots of whisky. DJs V and Banks will be on the turntables.

City Sports Bar DJ Zie, “The Turntables Manager”, runs issues at City Sports Bar over the weekend with DJ Stone. They make way for Banyana Bafana who perform at their usual slot on Sunday.

Jazz 105 Zora musician Leonard Zhakata performs at the home of Jazz tonight. He takes to Kadoma Grant Hotel for another show tomorrow night. Jabavu Drive take over entertainment at Jazz 105 tomorrow.

De Javu Rising dendera musician Douglas Chimbetu performs at the club in Kuwadzana 5. Tomorrow he goes to Federal Nightclub at Mereki in Warren Park D. Musakanene Open Air Bar It’s the Super Africa Cup of Nations weekend at Musakanene with a big screen set up for soccer loving revellers. To fan up the football battle, New Class Dance Group tackles Mthwakazi on Saturday and Sunday.

The Maiden It’s Shutdown Friday at the Maiden with Danny “The Godfather McKenzi” and sensual Saturdays with DJ Simba Smooth will be on tomorrow.

Pick and Save (Mutare) The Ninja President, Winky D, makes the trip to Mutare tomorrow for a show at Pick and Save. He will be supported by the energetic Lady Squanda and Sugar Sugar.

Moonlight (Chitungwiza) Jah Prayzah performs at Moonlight tonight. He travels to Chipinge tomorrow for a road show.

BULAWAYO Mojo Bar & Lounge (BAC) Tonight, All Star DJs present the Feel Good Friday show starting at 6pm. Tomorrow evening, there is the Saturday Experience. On Sunday evening, Mellow T, Kead Wikead and Marcus Andro host the Afro-Nite show.

La Gondola Pub Join DJ Keitho this evening for old skool selections from 6pm tonight. Tomorrow evening from 6pm, he presents a mixed bag of music. There is a jazz session at the same time on Sunday.

Hustlers Leisure Centre Tonight starting at 10pm, it’s Clubbers’ Nite featuring DJs Phat Joe and Zet. Tomorrow night at the same time, there is the Beer Festival with beer prizes to be won. On Sunday from 2pm, there is the Stockvel Party.

Large City Hall South Africa-based a capella gospel music outfit, Beyond Vocal, will be performing at the venue tomorrow evening as from 6:30pm. Local gospel groups, Life Unlimited, Conquerers and Shalom Adonai will also perform at the show that ends at 10pm.

Amakhosi Cultural Centre A one-man play entitled True Lies premiers on Sunday at 4pm at the venue. The play was written by Thabani Ndlovu.
