GODFREY Gundani from Seke last Thursday received a big Valentine’s Day gift from Telecel when he was presented with a new VW Polo, making him the third subscriber to win a car in the Telecel Win Big Promo.

Several other subscribers from among the daily were presented with their Galaxy S2 phones at the same occasion. Telecel is giving away a VW Polo every two weeks in the promotion which began on December 19 last year and two Samsung Galaxy S2 phones every day, except on the days the Polo winners are selected.
At the end of the promotion, one subscriber will win the grand prize of an VW Amarok double-cab truck. Gundani said when he decided to take part in the promotion he never expected to win one of the cars. “I read about the promotion in the newspapers and also received an SMS from Telecel inviting me to enter,” he said.
“That is when I decided to enter, but I never thought I would win. It came as a surprise to me,” he added.
Participating in the promotion involves answering questions sent by text message. The questions have two possible answers.
The more questions answered the more points one obtains and the higher the chances are of winning a Galaxy S2 phone, a VW Polo or even the grand prize of an VW Amarok double-cab truck.
Each day, except on the day when the car is won, two Samsung Galaxy S2 cellphones are given away, one to the subscriber with the most points and the other a subscriber selected in a random draw.
