The reggae and dancehall master will be backed by a host of local artistes that include Winky D, Sniper Storm, Guspy Warrior, Lady Squander, Jiggaz, Lady B and Freeman. Turntable experts Templeman, Abra Simz, Smiley and Gary B will also grace the event.

ENTERTAINMENT REPORTERS

Jazz 105 Tonight the youthful combination of Jean Masters and much-improved Dembo brothers (Morgan and Tendai) invades the venue. The brothers have been doing fairly well in recent months and are slowly winning the hearts of fans. Tomorrow Dino Mudondo takes over with his rasta-kwasa music. Sunday features the “After Bhora Party” marshalled by DJ Cousin Dread on the decks.

Musakanene Open Air Bar Tonight is the rhumba night with DJ Gatz Senior. Tomorrow will see the irresistible Ngoda Girls clashing with Mthwakazi, while on Sunday it will be Extra Unique versus Tear Gas

Khule’s Bar James Nyamandi and Makombe Brothers play at Khule’s bar tonight. The outfit will be belting out hits by the original Four Brothers. Tomorrow, rising dendera crooner Douglas Chimbetu takes the stage at the same bar.

City Sports Bar Tomorrow is the youthful DJs party at City Sports Bar featuring DJ Zee and his team of DJs Stone and Master Flexx. On Saturday it is a dance affair with DJ Danny aka the Manager and Banyana Bafana dance group.

Aquatic Complex (Chitungwiza) On the back of his fresh album, Alick Macheso takes to his home ground at Aquatic Complex. This becomes his first show after the release of Kwatakabva Mitunhu (Kure Kwekure) which will be presented to his Chitungwiza folks tonight.

Oak Night Spot (Goromonzi) Tryson Chimbetu plays at Oak Night Spot tonight supported by Chibuku Road to Fame runners-up Attacking Super Sounds. Tomorrow he travels to Mashonaland West for a show at Chegutu Arms before rounding up the weekend at Megga 1 Bar in Graniteside. The venue is one of the best for dendera followers.

Shamwari Yetsoka (Mutoko) Alick Macheso tomorrow travels to Mutoko with Progress Chipfumo. He rounds off the weekend in Domboshava at Mverechena Hotel.

BULAWAYO Amphitheatre Events Africa will tonight host music icon Oliver Mtukudzi supported by Bulawayo’s leading guitarist Hudson Simbarashe, Simunye Simunye, Family Voices and Willis Wattafi among various other local artistes.

Basement night club Tonight there is divas vs hunks jam up party with DJs Nash, Ericado and Yori–Nyc. Sunday is Stockvel night with Iyasa and resident DJs

Mojo Bar B.A.C Tonight is “Feel Good Friday”. Tomorrow the venue hosts “Saturday Xperience”  with DJs Mellow T, Mark Vusani and Kead Wikead.

Whatever Sports Bar Tomorrow the bar in New Lobengula hosts a family fun day featuring various local artistes. There will be a jumping castle for kids and horse riding. Tomorrow night, Leonard Zhakata performs at the venue supported by Sungura Masters and local dance groups.

ZiPub (Victoria Falls) Tonight the pub presents ladies’ night and mini skirt party, while tomorrow and Sunday will be soul session nights. All events start at 7pm and there will be free drinks for the first twenty ladies.
