ZIMBABWE striker Knowledge Musona will have a new manager at the resumption of the Bundesliga after the winter break after his club side, Augsburg, appointed Stefan Reuter as their new manager yesterday. SPORTS REPORTER
The Germany international takes over the reins at struggling Augsburg looking likely to get relegated, even with half of the season’s games left to play.
FC Augsburg, which finished the first half of the league tied on points with basement side Greuer Fürth, made the announcement in a statement posted on its website on Thursday.
“We are pleased that with Stefan Reuter. We were able to attract a real professional to FC Augsburg,” the club’s president, Walther Seinsch said. “He said yes to FCA at short notice as he recognised the potential of the club.”
