Speaking from her base in the United Kingdom recently, Mujokoro said she would be meeting her fans once this year and will bring new offering.

“We are coming home to greet our fans and it will be an early Christmas present for them. They are going to enjoy it,” said Mujokoro.

The Masuwo Edenga hit-maker said, for the love of her fans countrywide, she would make a DVD on the show and sell it at an affordable price.

Mujokoro has not been performing in the United Kingdom, but concentrating on preaching the Word of God.

“We have not been performing here, but we have been ministering and this will be the only show in Zimbabwe this year” she said. She will be joining the list of Zimbabweans based in the Diaspora that are coming back home for year-end shows.

Another gospel diva, Shingisai Suluma, based in the United States, is expected in the country for a show at Harare International Conference Centre on December 29.

Suluma will be backed by fast-rising local gospel musician Blessing Shumba. She promised her fans a good show and new material.

“It is always inspiring to meet familiar faces and familiar responses, and sing and talk in our mother tongue. We are looking forward to enjoying the blessing of God with our own people. We are not coming empty-handed. We are bringing more new songs that God has given us,” said Suluma.
