Zamalek will start from the 64 stage against Chadian side Gazelle while Al Ahly will play against Either Tusker of Kenya or FC Saint Michel. Meanwhile, both Enppi and Al Ismaily will start with the 32 stage against either Gor Mahia or Anse of Seychelles for Enppi and either Highlanders of Swaziland or Teribel of Madagascar for Al Ismaily.
