CAIRO — Al Ahly contracts manager Magdy Tolba has revealed that their head coach Hossam Al Badry wants three new players to be signed before the start of the new season.

Report by supersport.com “We held an important meeting with the head coach to know exactly what he wants before the new season and he told us that he wants at least three players. Two will be foreigners. We will also be renewing the contracts of many like Mohammed Abu Trika, Hossam Ghal, Mohammed Barakat, Sayed Moawad, Wael Gomaa, Saad Samir and Sherif Abd El Fadil,” Madgy told supersport.com.

“The head coach wants a striker and has eyed Edward Sadomba.

“We have already approached him. We will also scout for a midfielder and goal keeper,” he added.

Sources have told supersport.com that the head coach won’t retain Dominique Da Silva on the team and has asked the board to sell him.

The Egyptian “Red Devils” next competitive match is against AC Leopards next February in the African Super Cup.
