Club chief executive officer George Comitis confirmed that the pair had roomed together on the away trip to Polokwane to face Kaizer Chiefs on Tuesday night and suggested that reporting of the incident had been sensational.

“The matter is solved now and there is nothing more to say,” Pruijn said. Asked if he had taken up the comments on social media with Billiat, the Dutch coach added: “I keep that between Khama and me.”
