In Harare, the insurance company started the exercise by refurbishing its infrastructure. In an interview after a workshop held by Nicoz Diamond in Bulawayo on Monday,  the company’s general manager (operations) Noel Manika said the aim of their rebranding exercise was to change the outlook of the organisation, which will apply to all its branches across the country.

The rebranding will affect office structure, signage, collateral material, furniture, aesthetic and several other things to reflect the identity of the company.

“We started the rebranding in Harare sometime in September and it’s now coming down to Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru and Masvingo where there are some branches of the company,” Manika said.

“The head office is almost complete. We are now doing the external façade.”

Manika said the rebranding exercise portrayed the vision and image of the organisation to match its status as the biggest insurance company in Zimbabwe.

Recently, Nicoz Diamond was voted the most consistent company in the Mega fest awards held in Bulawayo.

He said the company survived during the economic hardships and dollarisation because of its size and the volumes that they do. “When the economy dollarised, we were one of the companies that survived,” Manika said.

“We have huge profits and a significant investment portfolio.

“We save money on stock market, money market and we have invested in non- quoted companies.

“We are indeed a market leader and we believe we are a leading brand in insurance.”

The company said it will officially launch its new brand during the second week of December after the head office has been completed to standardise their brand and services for the good of the corporation and its identity.
