According to Soccer Laduma, coach Clinton Larsen and his technical team are looking for a competitive and experienced keeper to deputise Patrick Tignyemb and ultimately challenge for the number one jersey.

Celtic received a major blow following the injury to shot-stopper Thabani Stemmer, which has ruled him out of action for the rest of the season, leaving Tignyemb as the club’s first choice keeper with only Dino Visser available as cover. Celtic want more depth and Murambadoro and Thembalethu Moses are some of the goalkeepers expected in Free State for trials.

Murambadoro has been clubless since he was released by Bidvest Wits in August. He had been recalled to the Warriors ahead of the decisive Nations Cup qualifier against Angola earlier this month, which Zimbabwe lost 2-0, but failed to make the cut after being left out of the final 18-man team.
