The three, Matchume Zango, Thomas Guérineau and Nathan Israel came for the show, which was titled Argile , following an invitation from Alliance Française de Bulawayo.

Fans got more than they expected as the three showcased amazing skills in dance and juggling. Bulawayo-based artist Peter Mpofu sealed the show with a scintillating dance act.

The show kicked off with Nathan Israel from Belgiulm lying in the middle of the stage. As the backtrack rhythm started playing, he began to juggle with clay objects and later incorporated clubs in the act.

The highlight of the show was when two of the artists, Zango from Mozambique and Guerineau from France, took to the stage for a combined performance. Guerineau juggled with plastic bags while dancing to sounds of the East African drums played by Zango.

Zango told NewsDay he was excited to be in Zimbabwe.

“I enjoyed the show. Zimbabwean audiences are very responsive and it gives one the energy and zeal when performing,” said Zango.

Mpofu closed the show with a good act that delighted the crowd when he juggled with a soccer ball. He said he was delighted to share the stage with the three international stars.

“It was good working with them. I would really like to work with them again,” said Mpofu.
