Circus Nightclub Today Circus goes back to the old ways with yet another explosive concert and performance by explosive South African DJ Lady Cream on the turntables. She will be supported by the host of popular Channel O Basement Show DJ Andy X. Tommorow DJ Lady Cream will make a date with Kwekwe fans and will be conducting business at the Golden Mile. Redfox Hotel Jamaican music selector Ricky Trooper will perform at Redfox tomorrow and he will be supported by the Redfox family sound, DJ Jammie Cee Jr, Rickie Perplex, Abra Simz, New Generation Sound and Morgan Stich and many more DJs.

Jazz 105 The premier jazz venue in the central business district will tonight turn to sungura when it hosts Sulumani Chimbetu in one of his monthly assignments at the joint. Tomorrow Chimbetu will perform in Nyanga and round off the weekend with a family show at Chipinge Country Club on Sunday.

Barca Sports Club Barca Sports Club today hosts the weekly ladies’ night session and tomorrow five DJs will take to the stage during the “Zim Best of the Best Party”. These DJs will be levelling up things from last week’s clash where they emerged the finalists of the contest. They are DJ Storm, DJ Jammie Cee, DJ Sato Babe, DJ Flexx, DJ L Scott and DJ Tripple. On Sunday the weekend entertainment will slow down with some Sunday “Old Xool” vibes courtesy of DJ Storm and many more. City Sports Bar Tomorrow City Sports Bar will host a Beer Festival starting from 8pm till late. Revellers will pay $10 at the entrance and get free drinks in the bar. If you happen to be a guzzler, make sure you make a date with the event and drink till you drop.

The Basement Nightclub Reggae lovers will have another end of week dance during the “Reggae Rockers Friday” with Redemption Sound and the senior and legendary Garvey on the decks. The party will continue tomorrow starting midday with the Redemption Juniors on the decks.

Jongwe Corner Situated along St Patrick’s Road in Hatfield, the Jongwe Corner will tonight host Alick Macheso. The sungura maestro will tomorrow head for Bindura where he is slated to perform at Tendai Hall. On Sunday he will make a date with his fans at the Luxury Centre in Mt Darwin.

Jimalo Nightclub Biggie Tembo (junior) has a task to prove to Highfield merrymakers that he has the potential to match his father’s fame when he performs at the nightclub which is located at Machipisa shopping centre. Musakanene Bar Located along Chitungwiza Road near Irvine’s, this joint will today entertain revellers with a dance fiesta featuring some of the best and upcoming dance groups in town. From Harare comes Extra Unique Dancers and all the way from Bulawayo comes the Volcanos dance troupe. On Sunday the battle of the dance groups will continue with a bit of old school jams to entertain revellers.

Theatre in the Park Tomorrow the curtain will close down on the five-day-long fiesta that opened at Theatre in the Park on Tuesday. The fiesta features the exciting cast and line-up of comedians including Edgar Langeveldt, Doc Vukela, Michael Kudakwashe, Uncle Sam and Toropito. King Solomon’s (Kwekwe) Currently the top notch club in Kwekwe, King Solomon’s will host the popular ladies’ Friday nights rocking to sounds from Mutare’s finest DJ’s. DJ Daddy K, DJ Hollie B, DJ Fresh, DJ Bheku and the entertainer DJ Ash Stylez will be on the decks. Midlands Hotel (Gweru) Reggae sensation Jah Prayzah will make a date with his fans at Midlands Hotel today and tomorrow he will take his adventure to Iron Size Hall in Shurugwi. On Sunday he will perform at Hamandishe Hall in Mvuma. The Liquids Bar and Garden (Masvingo) Still riding on the fame he established through his participation in Big Brother StarGame, urban grooves musician Rockford “Roki” Josphats is set to light up Masvingo when he performs at the popular entertainment joint tonight. Mbizo Inn (Kwekwe) Dembo brothers Morgan and Tendai will lead their Barura Express for a weekend in Midlands which begins tonight with a gig at Mbizo Inn in Kwekwe and continues in Gweru tomorrow, where they are scheduled to perform in Mutapa before heading for Shurungwi to stage a show at Pamanjengwa Bar. Mvurwi Hall (Mvurwi) Progress Chipfumo is set to strum his lead guitar and belt out hits like Mangerengere and Garwe in the Mashonaland Central town tonight. Pavilion Leisure Centre (Mutare) The centre will play host to the man of the moment and one of the hottest urban groovers to be produced in Zimbabwe, Nox, of the Ndinonyara fame tomorrow night. He will be supported by top DJs Ras Tando and YoungOne. Chapter One Leisure Centre (Mutare) Peter Moyo, popularly known as “Young Igwe” who has done well in Mutare previously, will return to the Manicaland provincial capital tomorrow night for another dance with Utakataka Express fans in the city.
