City of Harare continued to find the going tough in the Zimbabwe Netball Association Super League after succumbing to yet another crushing defeat, losing 35-15 to Glow Petroleum in Harare, on Saturday.

The Harare side has struggled in the league going for 15 matches without a win, with only one victory up to date.

City of Harare are second from the bottom of the log table with two points from 16 games while league debutants from Kwekwe, Glow Petroleum, are on position 16 of the 20-team league with 10 points from 16 games.

It was yet another bad outing for City of Mutare after they lost 46-26 to Mambas Queens. City of Mutare are third from the bottom with four points from 16 games while Mambas moved up to position six with 21 points from the same number of games.

ZDF Queens moved one position up the ladder from position three to two after beating Beta Holdings 57-28 at Beta Bricks on Saturday.

ZDF Queens now have 31 points from 17 games, but their stay on second spot may be short-lived if Nehanda Nyakasikana win their outstanding games.

Nehanda Nyakasikana were inactive, but have 30 points from 15 games. Beta Holdings are on position 10 on the log standings with 14 points from 17 matches.

Tenax maintained position four on the log table despite beating Waruwaru at ZRP Bindura on Saturday. Tenax have 27 points from 15 games while Waruwaru are on position nine with 15 points from 16 outings.

In other matches played Mutare Polytechnic beat Rhinos 51-37. Harare Districts got maximum points after walking over Rushinga while Hwange Colliery also walked over Zesa Harare. Defending champions Railstars were inactive, but top the log table with 32 points from 18 games.
