The Zimbabwe schools’ Under-18 rugby squad left for South Africa on Sunday for the 2012 Coca-Cola Craven week which kicked off at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium yesterday.

Zimbabwe’s first match at 9:30am today is against Border Country Districts, a team that Zimbabwe has dominated in the past few years, thrashing them 68-3 when they last met in 2011.

Coach Godwin Murambiwa will be hoping for a similar result this time around and is looking to use the tournament as preparation for the CAR Under-19 African championships to be held at Prince Edward School from August 24 to September 1.

Falcon College is well represented within the Zimbabwean squad with seven of their players making the starting 15.
