Rising Dynamos star Patson Jaure could be heading for Europe after his handler Josphat Mhondiwa yesterday revealed that two clubs in Turkey and Denmark are interested in the player.

The Ireland-based player agent, who also manages Caps United manager Sean Connor and a number of Premier League players, said Asia could be another possible destination for the hugely-talented player with Iranian club Sepahan FC having already made some requests.

Mhondiwa said the only hindrance to the deal, which could see the 21-year-old Jaure earning a $400 000 salary per year, was his limited number of international caps.

“We got a player requisition by our correspondent Mohsen Ismail in Iran who was contracted as a club agent by Sepahan FC to find a defensive midfielder. He (Mohsen) contacted my business partner Rob McDonald in Holland looking for a player on an offer of US$400 000 salary per year.

Rob, as we have always operated whenever a coach vacancy or player requisition arises, informed me of this opportunity. I then hurriedly recommended Patson, sent his profile and a small YouTube video link against Esperance,” Mhondiwa told NewsDay Sport yesterday. Comfortable playing as either a defensive midfielder or an outright defender, Jaure has risen to become a regular player for Dynamos in his debut season in the top-flight league.
