A Harare MDC-T activist, Maud Chisvo, has applied for a peace order against three Zanu PF supporters a she accused of violating her peace by labelling her a “witch”.

Chisvo told Civil Court magistrate Milton Serima last Friday the Zanu PF activists always stormed her room at Matapi Flats threatening unspecified action against her. She identified the suspects as Misheck, Tawanda and Plaxedes Mhishi — all from the same family.

The suspects also stay in the same block of flats with Chisvo. “I am now afraid of these people because they are saying I support MDC-T and they have been threatening me with unspecified action when the anticipated elections come,” said Chisvo almost in tears.

The trio admitted to being Zanu PF supporters, but denied the allegations levelled against them.Instead, they accused Chisvo of verbally abusing them. The court gave a reciprocal peace order.
