HARARE Rainbow Towers The hotel will host a “Lunch with Oliver ‘Tuku’ Mtukudzi” function at the Harvest Garden restaurant on Sunday. Guests will celebrate Fathers’ Day with the superstar. There will be numerous prizes for fathers and a lot of other family entertainment activities.

Keg & Maiden Followers of the Big Brother Stargame will gather at the Keg&Maiden on Sunday evening to watch the live eviction show. This week South Africa’s Keagan and Lee as well as Namibia’s Jessica and Junia are up for possible eviction from the game. DJs Chuckie, Dee Nosh, Flevah and Mafriq will entertain guests at the venue after the show. There will also be competitions with BBA and Miller prizes to be given away.

Sports Diner International The venue will tonight host Sulumani Chimbetu and the Orchestra Dendera Kings featuring Allan Chimbetu. They will be supported by pole dancers, Beverly and The Sexy Angels.

Harare Gardens The gardens tomorrow afternoon will host a “Super Saturday Family Show” with Oliver Mtukudzi and the Black Spirits. Tryson Chimbetu and Peter “Dhewa” Moyo are also billed to perform.

Club Penyai The Glen View 1 club hosts sungura outfit Sigma Boys tonight. Tomorrow the group will go to Hatcliffe for a gig at Takarangana Nightclub where they will share the stage with Jah Prayzah.

Café Espresso DJs Rax, Rimo, and Rawse will tonight play at the Café which is located in Avondale. The event has been dubbed “Espresso Fridays” and the DJs will be playing new hip-hop, R&B, house and dancehall beats.

Room 10 The club, which is located in Borrowdale Brooke, will tonight host a sophisticated “Finesse Fridays’ Party” with DJs TBass and P-Stylez on the decks.

Club Monako Tomorrow evening, the club will host a “Red Cup Affair” with DJs Juice Strongest, Jerry Springer, Selekta Base and Maxy.

The Club Plaza De Castilla Jah Prayzah of the Gochi Gochi fame will perform at the club which is in Greencroft. Rhumba musician, Energy Mutodi will also perform at the same venue tomorrow evening.

Tony’s Nite Spot Located at corner Samora Machel Avenue and Eighth Street, the spot for party-loving clubbers, will have top DJs Slow and Symphk playing hard dancehall, conscious, hip-hop and ragga vibes.

Chez Ntemba DJs Dollar Bill and Seductive Gee will entertain revellers at the international club on the upper section of the club while DJs Ben and Luckerz will be playing rhumba rhythms on the bottom section.

Eddy’s Kite (Chegutu) Young Igwe, Peter “Dhewa” Moyo, will invade Chegutu with a performance at Eddy’s Kite tomorrow night.

King Solomon’s Nite Club (Kwekwe) The venue will tonight host a “Miller Ladies’ Night” party featuring Harare’s DJs Ash Stylz, Storm, alongside Kwekwe’s Stavo, Bheku and Digga.

BULAWAYO East 68 Tonight, join Mark Vusani for the “Good Jams Experience” from 7pm. He will be playing Afro-fusion, exclusive tunes as well as classics. Tomorrow evening, Emity Smooth will take over and will be presenting a mixed bag of music.

Makalanga Beer Garden Situated in Emakhandeni suburb, the place will host Obadiah “Dr Jah Kanindo” and Jet Sounds Band from 4pm this afternoon. He will play songs from his new reggae album, Testing Ground. Tshibilika musician, Chase Skuza will be the guest artist.

Bulawayo Art Gallery Visual artist Mthabisi Phili will present a paper titled Pepper Immersion in Space: Lagos! this morning sharing his experiences from a month’s residency and workshop at the CCA Lagos Nigeria.

Hustlers Leisure Centre A hip-hop and kwaito dance competition will take place tomorrow afternoon from 1pm. DJs Phat Joe, Mark Vusani, Ray Jam, Josh and Khumz will be behind the decks. Horizon South African Afro-folk musician Bongeziwe Mabandla and his band will perform tomorrow evening from 7pm. Bulawayo-based Afro-Culture Band will be the supporting act. The show is organised by the Alliance Française de Bulawayo in conjunction with the French Embassy.
