Hwanges 2011 Castle Lager Soccer Star of the Year finalist Nkosana Santsho Siwela has urged his teammates to be steadfast and register another win in Sundays Caf Confederation Cup preliminary round second leg tie against Zanzibars Jamhuri at the Colliery.

Siwela, who was substituted in the second half in the 3-0 routing of Jamhuri at Gombani Stadium in Pemba on February 18 after suffering a knee injury, says he envisages the coalminers cruising to first round of the tournament.

We should just have a good approach and a good attitude on Sunday. We should get into the match as if we are starting from 0-0 and not belittle Jamhuri.

They are a good side. But with the result that we carry from the previous game, we are definitely expecting a positive result in Sundays match, Siwela said.

The midfielder, who was instrumental in Hwanges impressive 2011 Premiership run, said technical mananger Tennant Chilumbas newly assembled team had quickly gelled into last years mode and he was confident that they would reach great heights in the Confederation Cup.

Chipangano, now captained by Rodwell Chinyengetere after former skipper centre-back Gerald Ndlovu was dropped for disciplinary reasons together with defender Obert Moyo and midfielder Andrew Chuma, have new faces in the form of Evans Rusike, Eric Chipeta and Kudakwashe Chipere, who were part of the team that thrashed Jamhuri a fortnight ago.

Chinyengetere, Munyaradzi Mungadze and Farai Vimisayi scored the goals that got them off to a flying start in the Confederation Cup.

Chilumba said he would be making a few changes to the team as he felt the first leg display showed of lack of experience.

Jamhuri are expected in the country today.
