The National University of Science and Technology (Nust) yesterday opened a new window for payment of registration fees beginning today and ending on Friday March 9 amid reports that 700 students had not yet registered.
The extension follows pressure from both students and parents for the university to open a new registration period after the late registration window closed on February 13.
The university had warned its students that had not paid registration fees that they would be forced to repeat their current academic year.
Nust director of information and public relations Felix Moyo confirmed the development.
