Jazz Invitation, one of the countrys most talented and respected jazz bands, will perform in Bulawayos Nesbitt Castle on Valentines Day at a show dubbed Love Brewed in an African Pot.

Hella Hella Entertainment Promotions director, Possent Sikosana, said in a statement the band would perform for couples at the dinner event.

The idea is to create an evening that will revisit the good old days, remembering the small things that they used to do as couples, the music that moved their souls, minds and their bodies. It will be a night to reminisce on their love and more, said Sikosana.

The band has toured Namibia twice where they performed highly successful shows at The Warehouse in Windhoek and most recently they had their maiden performance in Johannesburg, South Africa, where they performed at the popular Blues Room in Sandton, he said.

Sikosana said couples would also win various prizes. A slide show of the photos taken in the photo booth will be played with background music during dinner and throughout the evening.

A professional photographer will capture those moments for each couple during the bands performance, he said.

We also realise that the citys residents and artists need to be exposed to entertainment from other cities so as to improve our standard of entertainment hence we are brought in Jazz Invitation.
