All is set for the Coca-Cola Pimped-up Ride Promotion draw which will be held at Africa Unity Square in Harare tomorrow.

The event which will kick off in the morning will see lucky winners walking away with four brand new Chevrolet cars and spot prizes.

High-riding local artists Winky D, King Shaddy, Extra Large, Ex-Q, Sniper Storm, Alexio Kawara and High Definition are billed to perform at the event with DJ Storm on the turntables.

The promotion, which kicked off in October last year, saw four cars and spot prizes being given away to lucky winners in different parts of the country.

Two vehicles were won in Harare, one in Bulawayo and another in Mutare. The other four cars will be given away on Saturday at the final draw.

Mona Karingi, Coca-Cola senior franchise brand manager, said the promotion, backed by Coca-Cola, Delta Corporation and Mutare Bottling Company, was one of the countrys biggest national promotions.

We are impressed with the massive response we got from our consumers. We actually had to spoil our consumers by extending the entries submission date to January 15, the day on which we were meant to have the draw, she said.

To enter the competition, an individual had to collect six gold crowns from 300ml glass bottles or six caps from 500ml or one litre bottles or 6 gold ring-pulls from cans.

The liners, ring-pulls and caps were then to be stapled onto a completed entry form and deposited into an entry box at any participating outlet.

Karingi added the promotion was one of Coca-Colas open happiness initiatives to make the Coca-Cola clients enjoy life.

Central to the promotion is the simple notion of enjoying an ice-cold Coca-Cola and taking a small break from the day to connect with family and special friends.

With this campaign, we are inviting people to often open a Coke and share a little happiness, she said.
