KADOMA — A magistrate on Tuesday heard how an 18-year-old herdboy called his four-year-old victim into a house where he sexually assaulted her.
The accused appeared before magistrate Takawira Mugabe facing aggravated indecent assault charges as defined in Section 66 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act chapter 9:23.
It is the State case between November 11 and 13 at Chiwara Farm homestead in the afternoon, the accused called the toddler into the house where he was watching television.
He allegedly proceeded to where the minor was seated before removing her clothes. The accused forced the victim’s legs apart before inserting his fingers into her private parts, thereby “deflowering” her.
A medical report confirmed the girl lost her virginity following the alleged abuse.
The accused was remanded in custody to December 2. Reginald Chavora prosecuted.
