Red Fox Red Fox Hotel, located in Greendale, will tomorrow evening host the Passa Passa night. During the event there will be a sound system clash featuring Stereo One International and Silverstone. Dancehall gurus Farai Shambare and Mic Inity will form at the event.

Stodart Hall Mbare Mbare folks tonight brace themselves for a night on the dance floor as they are entertained by Alick “Extrabasso” Macheso supported by Tryson Chimbetu. The duo takes to New Life Nightclub (formerly Lashers) in Budiriro tomorrow before another show at Takarangana Nightclub in Hatcliffe on Sunday.

Tony’s Nite Spot (Portugal Restaurant — Pensão) Located at corner Samora Machel Avenue and Eighth Street, Pensão is the place to be for party-loving clubbers. Open-air braai is 24/7 and ice-cold beverages available. Tonight and every Friday, all-female dance group the Blue Virgins wow revellers with sexy dance routines. This and every Saturday, tune in for hard dancehall, conscious, lover’s rock, salsa and latest club vibes in “Caribbean Nights” with resident DJs Gerry, Slow and Symphk.

Café Noir Durban’s most praised house music producer, DJ Fisherman (real name Sifiso Mjoli), will tonight play at Café Noir. Local DJs Dee Nosh, L-Roy, Maxey and Carter will be on rotation on the decks. Fisherman, from Afrotainment stable, is popular for tracks Afro Spirits, Happy Song, Amerido, House Animation, Uyoysholo Wena and Umlilo.

Club Amnesia After hosting a successful show featuring Professor two weeks ago, the club comes to life again tonight with a performance from South Africa’s best-selling, award-winning hip-hop outfit, Teargas. They will be supported by the best in the local arts industry including Stunner, MC Chita, Junior Brown and a host of local DJs.

Keg and Maiden Located at the Harare Sports Club, the venue will present a “Miller Friday Party” tonight. During the event, a promotion will be run whereby revellers who purchase a six-pack of Miller will stand a chance to win an iPod, BlackBerry, digital cameras, headphones or a monthly supply of a case of Miller for 12 months.

Andy Millar Hall The country’s oldest talent search programme, Star Brite, will conduct a talent search programme this weekend at the Andy Millar Hall. Harare-based entertainment company, Events R Us, in collaboration with ZBC, will audition members of the public from Harare and surrounding areas up to Sunday.

Star Brite will be scouting for dancers, musicians, comedians and magicians, among other performing arts. People selected will qualify for the next round of auditions to be held next month.

Africa Unity Square High-riding local artists Winky D, Sulumani Chimbetu and Stunner are billed to perform at the “Coca-Cola Pimped up Ride Promotion” draw to be held at Africa Unity Square tomorrow afternoon.

Upper Lounge Located at the Rhodesville Shopping centre, the Upper Lounge will tonight host the “Friday Nitelife” event featuring DJs Flevah and Storm. The dress code is strictly smart casual.

Axiom Axiom, at Sam Levy’s Village, Borrowdale, will tomorrow evening host an “All-White Affair” party where revellers are expected to dress in white. DJs Rax and Raydizz will be on the decks.

Lime Bar Situated in the Rolf Valley, the Lime bar will tonight host a “Friday Nite Experience” with Harare’s finest DJs, T-Bass and P-Styles (Bass & Styles). They will be backed by NR Ent.

Chitungwiza Aquatic Complex The Miss Chitungwiza 2012 contest will be held at the Aquatic Complex tomorrow. A bevy of 17 beauties will take to the ramp and the three chosen will represent Chitungwiza at the Miss Zimbabwe finals to be held next year. The fun-filled event will feature performances from Mudiwa and Chyll of Major Playaz fame, alongside Shingirayi “Mau Mau” Sabeta and Zim’s top hip-hop artist, Stunner.

BULAWAYO — White City Stadium Today may just be your lucky day at the venue as Delta Beverages conduct the first “Coca Cola Pimped Up Ride” draw where one person will drive away in a brand new car. The event kicks off at 10am and ends at 4pm. Iyasa and Simunye-Simunye dance groups will provide entertainment. Lots of other prizes will be won.

Horizon There will be a Hunters “Chinas–Chinas Party” (a celebration of friendship) tonight starting at 6pm. The same show takes place again tomorrow at 6pm with an exciting line-up of Bulawayo-based DJs.

Cape to Cairo Mixed-genre music group, One Plus One perform this evening at the venue as from 8:30pm till late.

Walkers Pub This evening, starting at 6pm, there is the “Big On Friday Old Skool Show” featuring DJs Joe “Tha OG” and Lacusto.

National Art Gallery (Bulawayo) “Neo-Pollution” exhibition is running featuring works by Visual Artists’ Association of Bulawayo (VAAB) members. Works on display tackle social, political and environmental pollution.

Invunu Bar (Victoria Falls) Tonight, as from 6pm, join DJ Francis for a mixed bag of music at the popular resort town nightspot. Francis returns again tomorrow at the same time.
