The Zimbabwe Under-20 team is expected to go into camp next week in preparation for the 2011 Metropolitan Cosafa Cup set for Botswana early next month.
The tournament runs from December 1 to 10.
Zifa communications manager Nicky Dhlamini yesterday confirmed the camp date.
“The arrangement has been made for them to start camp on 21 November. The resources and all the modalities are being put in place,” said Dhlamini.
The Young Warriors technical team had proposed to start camp on October 16, but the proposal was shot down by the national association due to financial difficulties.
Another application to assemble on October 30 was also turned down for similar reasons.
