Zifa has confirmed the South African senior football team Bafana Bafana will be coming to Harare for a high-profile international friendly against the Warriors on November 15.

Reports had suggested Bafana Bafana had pulled out of the friendly against the Warriors, but Zifa chief executive Jonathan Mashingaidze told NewsDay Sport last night South Africa would be sending their senior team.

“I can confirm South Africa will be sending their senior team to Harare. There were a few things that needed to be sorted out first, but now they have confirmed they will be sending their senior team. We are now just waiting for the list of their team. Our coach Norman Mapeza is now aware of the match and he should be finalising on his team,” said Mashingaidze.
